Project Description

Part Permit - Proposed new 2 storey heavy timber structure building comprised of office spaces, building operations spaces, mechanical room and electrical / communications closet. The building will be primarily used as an office space. On level 01, there will be the accommodation of a lounge / waiting area, meeting space, kitchenette and washrooms. On level 02, there are private and open offices areas. The building will be used by students and faculty of the Toronto Metropolitan University Architectural Science Department.
