Plumbing - Proposal: Interior fitup within landlord's constructed shell. Scope of work includes new partitions, ceilings, floor and wall finishes, millwork, appliances, and mechanical/electrical fixtures. New vault and heavy equipment, including ATM, NDCU and night deposit. New gypsum and suspended t-bar ceilings throughout. New universal washroom with new floor & wall tiles, new plumbing fixtures, and new washroom accessories. New sound masking system.
