Project Description
Proposed work is pouring pouring a reinforcing concrete wall against and tied to the existing foundation, in order to reinforce the structure against future deterioration. This will be accompanied by exterior insulation and waterproofing to resolve humidity issues in the basement. The site has been evaluated by engineers and it was determined that weeping tile is not necessary on the site.
