REV 01 - Scope of Work: Review is limited to the area(s) bubbled [interior layout changes as noted and the conversion of the 2nd floor enclosed balcony into interior space]. No other work or approval beyond the bubbled area(s). Structures and Uses identified as existing conditions on this building have not been reviewed for compliance with the OBC, nor have they been verified or approved. The performance level of the building after the material alteration or repair shall be at least equal to the performance level of the building prior to the material alteration or repair and shall not create an unhealthy environment in the building, as per OBC Part 11.3
