Project Description

Proposal to demolish some interior walls and building some new interior walls- relocating kitchenette in the basement- building new washroom on the 2nd floor- building new laundry space in the basement and 2nd floor- Painting facade and replacing some claddings- replacing exterior windows with no change in the size of windows- relocating and upgrading exterior stairs (no change on the size of landscape)- replacing exterior guards- replacing canopy above the main entrance.
