Project Description

Revision #01 - Under pining existing basement by 24".Interior renovation. Convert pantry to powder room on ground floor. Add additional attic storage. Repartition 2nd floor rooms. Vault ceiling in main bedroom, 2nd floor bathroom and 2nd floor hallway. Insulate walls and ceilings with spray foam. Add new load bearing beam in ground floor ceiling. Redo stairs from ground floor to second floor. Replace central heat with ductless mini split. Replace cast iron stack.
