Project Description
Plumbing - Proposal for interior alteration - Basement: New Powder Room. Existing three piece bath to be reconfigured and upgraded. New doorways to existing bedrooms. MAIN FLOOR: Removal of existing kitchen/dining room wall. Existing kitchen/dining room area to be reconfigured. Living room ceiling to be raised/vaulted as per engineering specs. Existing master bedroom to be enlarged to include en suite bathroom and walk in closet/dressing room. SECOND FLOOR: Relocate bathroom in existing north attic space. Construct wall between stairwell and east wall with glass bedroom entrance door. Install balustrade along line of existing south wall to create mezzanine overlooking living room.
