Project Description
The proposed work is within the Hydro One Esplanade Transformer Station. Hydro One is installing autility tunnel to replace their aging high voltage transmission cable and an access shaft will be housed within their station. The accumulated groundwater throughout the tunnel will collect within the tunnel shaft. It is proposed that a new 100mm discharge pipe and 3000mm manhole is to be installed to allow for discharge of the groundwater into the existing 300mm sanitary sewer on Sherbourne Street.
