REV 01 - Revision for a mag-lock permit only to install mag-locks at the doors noted on the submitted electrical drawings. The area of work noted above pretains to the entire mercantile area in question. We currently have a permit for renovation work on the premisies under building permit no. 23 216327 BLD 00 BA.Proposed installation of mag locks on 3 existing doors in an existing retail store.
