Project Description
REV03: Proposed revision of architectural, mechanical, and electrical modifications due to owner's request to delete the intumescent paint on structural members at GYM level, and minor interior modifications to facilitate security and constructibility of the facility.REV-02 changes as per bubbled drawings Revision were required due to unforeseen existing conditions on site, where existing building foundations were not as per existing as built drawings. Layout of both water lines(domestic+fire) has been revised due to the location of the water valves as actually installed by the city of Toronto Contractor.
