Project Description
An indoor swimming pool will be located on the 2nd floor level and classified as a Class B pool.The design and construction is regulated by OBC Article 3.11.3.1. Specifically, OBC Clause3.1.11.3.1.(9)(a), requires the pool to be surrounded by a hard-surfaced pool deck, not lessthan 1,800 mm wide. It is proposed to provide the required deck on three sides of the pool.
