Project Description

Rev 01- Construct stair enclosure over permitted basement stairwell walkout.Scope to eliminate from the Rev 01- Removal of existing garage & build new 2-car garage.Proposal for Underpinning the basement foundation walls & lowering the floor to have a finished 8' high ceiling. Extending the basement out by approx. 12' on the north side under the existing 12'x20' on grade addition & adding a basement walkout. Basement finishes including framing, insulation, drywalling, & related electrical work. New basement washroom with shower, toilet & sink. Boiler system to be extended to new north room.
