Project Description
Installation and electrification of sixteen cold-climate condenser heats pumps and assocaited interior heads units. Exterior heat pumps to be mounted at ground-level and/or on property roof. Small coring 4-5 inch holes (one per condenser to allow refrigerant/electrical lines in/out). All condensate drainage to the outside; purely mechanical in scope - no internal plumbing systems to be used. Heat pumps to be powered by new electrical supply via Toronto Hydro.
