Project Description
PROPOSAL: To replace existing baseboard radiators with new VRF heat pump system throughout the building. Existing air handling unit on roof will be replaced. Additional outdoor VRF units will be added on roof. New refrigerant piping on exterior of building will be clad in the same EIFS stucco facade material as existing building.
