Project Description
Plumbing - Proposal to construct interior alterations and addition to an existing vacant building (warehouse and offices) including structural work, exterior shell of building, and interior renvations to new storage use with interior parking and loading. This permit will include work already under review - permit #17-228691 and #17-266457 and will supersede previously issued permits #17-136786 and #17-190423. Note the addition of a mezzanine in Area C of building. Subsequent permit applications for interior fit ups of reception, wine and offices to follow separately.
