Project Description
The Alternative Solution is required because the outdoor public pool on the 7th floor is not provided with a 1800mm pool deck on three (3) sides of the pool. See Attachment `A¿ of the outdoor pool which has a 2330mm deck on the entrance side of the pool and 1510mm and 1516mm deck on the 2 (two) sides and 1660mm deck on the side opposite the entrance. It is applicant's opinion that therescue of a bather can be done from all 4 (four) sides of the pool deck even with the reduced widths (mm 1510mm) given the water depth of the pool.
