Proposal to erect and display four first party signs, displaying static copy, to be located at the 1st storey, with the following details:Signs 1 is an illuminated wall sign, with one face measuring 0.91m vertically by 3.26m horizontally, at the height of 4.21m on the east elevation;Signs 2 is an illuminated wall sign, with one face measuring 0.91m vertically by 3.26m horizontally, at the height of 4.51m on the south elevation;Signs 3 is a non-illuminated wall sign, with one face measuring 0.13m vertically by 1.61m horizontally, at the height of 3.13m on the south elevation;Signs 4 is an illuminated projecting sign, with two faces, each measuring 0.76m vertically by 0.93m horizontally, at the height of 3.76m on the south elevation.***WENDY'S****
