Project Description
Alternative Solution for the removal of a draft stop and use of quick-response sprinklers for the protection of a vertical opening created by the circulation stairs connecting the lower ground and ground floor of the building at 50 Dunfield Ave. This correspondence has been prepared with respect to the fire and life safety requirements in Part 3 of the 2012 Ontario Building Code (OBC, O.Reg, 332/12 as amended to O.Reg. 462/17 - i.e, Code of Record) as well as the Alterative Solution Proposal requirements in Division C, Article 2.1.1.1. of the OBC.
