Project Description
HVAC - Small fire incident occurred in an existing classroom, some of the interior finishes were damaged. The scope of this project is to restore interior finishes, install new door, windows, light fixtures, mechanical diffusers, flooring and ceilings. The contamination inspection was already perfiormed by the licensed professionals and the room is now ddemed to be safe from any contamination based on the inspections. The structural soundness was also reviewed by P.Eng.
