Project Description

REV 01 - The scope of work has been reduced. The renovations to the male staffwashroom and the installation of a new card reader in the existing processing room have beencancelled. As stated in the original permit, the female staff washroom is to be converted to a scanningroom. Washrooms will be converted by demolishing fixtures and refinishing wall, floors, and ceiling.Existing processing room is to be repainted and used for placing other office equipment.Proposal for int. alts. to the exist. CoT Archives, City Clerks' gf office. Facilitate new workstation layout.- Exist. 'Male Staff Wshrm' is converted into a 2 new rooms: a 'Gender Neutral Washroom' & an 'Office'.- Exist. 'Female Staff Wshrm' is converted into a new 'Digitization B Scanning Rm'.- Washrooms will be converted by demolishing fixtures, refinishing wall, floors and ceiling. - Exist. 'Processing Rm' is converted into new 'Digitization A Equip. Rm'. This room is to be repainted & used for placing other office equipment.- New feature wall (staircase drywall).- Not shown in scope of work: Other 'Processing Rm' & 'Records Processing' is now labelled 'Records Centre A' & 'Records Centre B'.
