Proposal for demising of tenant spaces, interior alterations, storefront door addition. Unit 15 and 17.As per applicant's email received July 15, 2023: . Suites, 15 and 17 were previously combined for one business and were used as office (17) and retail (15). Our intention with this permit application is to separate the spaces back into two units with the construction of a demising wall, with Unit 17 continuing to be used as an office space, and Unit 15 to not be occupied at this time, but for future assembly use, based on the proposed future tenant. Occupancy and all other permits for Unit 15 are to be provided by the future tenant.
