Project Description
The proposed work is within Parking lot 3 and 4 at Seneca College Newnham Campus. The proposed work includes a new sidewalk along the southeast side of the parking lot, replacement of the south stairs in Parking lot 3 and north stairs in Parking lot 4, a new catchbasin and 300mm diameter pipe, and regrading of the surrounding landscape areas on the southeast side of the parking lot.
