Project Description
The purpose of this alternative solution is to address the OBC requirement to install combination smoke and fire dampers at the duct openings that are part of the air-handling system that provides make-up air for the residential public corridors as required by Sentence 3.2.6.2.(5.1). On an alternative solution basis, it is proposed to install fire dampers only at the above noted duct openings.
