Project Description
PROPOSED: Old deck was destroyed by a fallen tree. New composite deck will replace old existing deck. The deck will be 8ft above ground (elevated) and will be 12ft by 18 ft in dimension. The footprint of the new deck will be identical to the previous deck that was destroyed by tree. Based on the slope stability risk assessment conducted by the TRCA in 2017 the deck will be built on three 15-foot piles and will be subject to approval by geotechnical engineer. TRCA permits, Zoning certificate provided.
