Project Description
HVAC - To construct a one storey front addition and one storey rear addition, and a new covered front porch. Scope of work includes underpinning the basement (existing and additions) and new plumbing and electrical throughout our home, as well as new roof, flooring, windows, and doors. We will be keeping existing floor plans for the first and second floors (with slight modifications) and a new floorplan for basement.
