Project Description
Removing existing wrought iron porch structure ("beams" and railings). Remove exisitng wood porchfloor. Add 2"x6" joists to support new wood floor (joists at 16: intervals). Install tongue and groove,wooden porch/deck flooring. Replace old beams with two 6"x6" posts and railings as per structuralengineer's drawings (railings/guards at 42" high as per building code). Will cover 6"x6" posts withcosmetic column wraps (i.e. non structural).
