Revision 01 - Due to material supply and construction situation - changes as following - changed from 4 posts to 6 posts (6X6) to satisfy the structure requirement and increase the stability and load ability.2. Changed the beams from two beams to three beams including frame structure.3. Added new framing structure and reduce the designed beam from 3-1 3/4" x 11 7/8" LVL to 2-2X10.2)Regarding the door beams , we added new framing structure and reduced the designed beams from 2-2X10 Proposal to add a detached garage to the existing house
