HVAC - Excavation and the application of waterproofing along the building's foundation walls. engineering and installation of temporary and permanent shoring required to execute work. installation of new perimeter weeping pipe system including new sump pit station. Reconfiguration of existing stormwater system complete with replacement of catch basins, new cip concrete retaining walls and lightwells.
