Project Description

Drain - Relocation of mechanical area to Southeast corner for convenient placement of new heat pump (replace ex. AC & gas furnace) and heat pump water heater (replace ex. gas water heater). All work in basement only incl. removing an ex. bathroom & adding a floor drain for the new mechanical area. Reinforcement of a load bearing wall and previously altered (assumed from install of ex. ductwork) floor joist to be done during replacement of ductwork. Mech. drawings originally submitted under permit #23 119258 MSA.
