Project Description
The main level of the existing community centre will be considered as the 2nd storey as per the OBC definition, however it will serve as the primary entry to the building and will include the firefighters entrance and fire department connection. An interconnected floor space will be provided between main level and upper level. It is proposed special protection in conformance with OBC articles 3.2.8.3 - 3.2.8.11 be omitted from the interconnect floor space.
