Project Description
HVAC - PHASE TWO AND THREE - YORK MEMORIAL COLLEGIATE INSTITUTE Extensive renovations and repairs to York Memorial Collegiate Institute due to damage from fire. Improvements include selective demolition, rebuilding, structural, mechanical, electrical, building envelope and interior works; upgrades to fire and life safety, barrier free design and as required by the owner. Work will conform to the Heritage Act and related permits. The work will be sequentially tendered by a construction manager and permit applications will be made in sequence of the work.
