Project Description
The proposed development will contain a public spa containing a standard plunge pool and a cold plunge pool in the seventh floor indoor amenity space. The spa pools will be located against a wall and will not meet the 900 mm wide pool deck requirements for spas on one side for each pool. It is proposed to provide 2 reaching poles with shepperd's hook (4 m in length) as a compensatory measure to facilitate rescue operations.
