Project Description

Revision 01 - Minor interior construction and re-cabling in Suite 100. The addition of three new doors, construction of a new LAN Room and replacement of existing millwork and sink in Suite 403. This permit application is an amendment to building permit #22 234749 BLD 00 BA, plumbing permit #22 234749 PLB 00 PS and HVAC permit #22 234749 HVA 00 MS. Work for that project did not go forward. Refer to the revised interior drawings indicating areas on both floors where the scope of work has been reduced. Suite 405 has been removed from the scopeFirst floor - demolition of existing interior improvements and refinishing in the administrative area of the floor to create an open office environment, reworking HVAC and Sprinklers.4th Floor - amalgamation of three suites (401,403 and 405) into on suite. demolition of most interior improvements, creation of open office areas and construction of new offices, staff lunch room and conference room. Reworking of plumbing, HVAC and sprinklers to suit the new layout.
