Project Description

The subject fire loss occurrence resulted in substantial fire loss related structural damages to the subject residential structure, consuming the majority of the building frame (i.e., including roof, wall, and floor framing elements). Review of the existing foundation system indicated that it may be salvageable for reconstruction purposes. Given the extent of building damages, we recommend that project reserves include for reconstruction of the subject dwelling structure complete, including the underlying footings and subsurface building components.
