Proposed renovation to an existing exit stair ( Stair I ) within the Yonge Sheppard Centre.The scope of work is limited to the addition of one (1) flight of stairs within the existing stair.This is being completed in order to mainmize the height of the ladder run which is needed to access the roof.The stair extension is for service purposes only.
