Revision 01: The building height and rear setback angel have been adjusted according to the attached TLAB decision order, to the proposed 3-storey townhouse project which received the building permit on Sep.18,2023. The ceiling height of the third floor has been revised to 9 feet. The 2nd & 3rd floor layouts of Unit 8 have been revised accordingly.
