Project Description

The tree impact loss resulted in damage to subject accessory building structure primarily concentrated to the roof along the rear building elevation of the garage structure. Damages were observed at the principal roof framing elements, wall framing components and minor damage at deck. Repair of locally damages roof framing members, with removal replacement of adversely affected cladding components and damaged underlying building materials, restoring the structure to pre-loss performance conditions.
