Project Description

Proposal for interior alterations for Seneca College. Work to include demolition of partitions between 2 classrooms, storage spaces, corridor wall and ceiling tiles (including t-bars). The extent of construction includes new partition walls, a preparation, instrumentation, GMP, and CL2 Lab space, new mechanical AHU, fans, and other equipment to support the space on a platform on the reinforced structure of the roof
