Project Description

Drain - Renovation of existing townhomes currently used as a Rooming Houses. Demolition and reconstruction of the structurally unsound existing rear addition walls at 275, and retention of the original buildings to continue its use as a Rooming House. Scope includes interior renovations, new plumbing and HVAC, new rear South and East walls to replace exisitng ones, new walk-out from the basement to the rear yard, new windows, heritage facade restoration, new front steps, and landscape.
