Proposed Interior Fit-up to vacant unit: 1. Remove existing interior partitions and ceiling in retail area.2. Add a new vestibule and replace existing single receiving door with new double loading doors. 3. Add a concrete loading pad which flush with interior floor finish, provide asphalt ramp slope down & match adjacent existing asphalt surface. 4. New green paint on existing facade.
