REV. 01: Amendment to Bldg Permit 22 171874 BLD 00 BA; addition of plumbing workExtend area of scope of work as follows: renovation of shower room to include toilet/sink combination; conversion of rooms 166 & 167 to temporary patient rooms for duration of construction of the 6 seclusions rooms. No change to HVAC work. Total area of work 94.83m2 (74.95 m2 original + 19.88 m2 new) [CAMH - Interior alterations to six existing patient rooms as seclusion rooms. Install 2 rated food pass-through hatches into doors of two existing seclusion rooms. ]
