Project Description

REV 02: Permit amendment to capture addition of a drainage pump at Coffee Station 1 (Room 220), added concelead sprinkler head between Lobby (Room 231) and Touch Down (Room 206), deleted fire hose cabinet in Lobby (Room 231), and relocated sink in Kitchen (Room 251).REV 01: Amendment to capture addition of Meeting Room 3 (Rm 210), relocation of Innovation Zone (Rm 209), and re-orientation of Lobby (Rm 231). Change to include associated mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.Proposal for interior alterations for a new office tenant in Unit 200 on the 2nd floor level to include new conference rooms, open plan workstations, offices, casual seating areas, two new gender neutral washrooms, servery kitchen and typical accessory uses.
