Project Description

The proposal contains five wall signs and two directional ground signs. (The applicant withdrew to obtain a permit for a speaker and a menu board sign and one directional sign)Wall signs are all illuminated and displaying static copy:Sign 1: 1.7m L x 1.01m W x 0.76m D at a height of 5.12m at first storey on north elevation.Sign 2: 1.5m L x 1.5m W x 0.13m D at a height of 5.01m at first storey on north elevation.Sign 3: 1.7m L x 1.01m W x 0.76m D at a height of 5.06m at first storey on west elevation.Sign 4: 1.5m L x 1.5m W x 0.13m D at a height of 5.01m at first storey on west elevation.Sign 5: 1.5m L x 1.5m W x 0.13m D at a height of 5.01m at first storey on south elevation.Drive-through ground signs:Sign 1, 2: 0.53m L x 0.93m W x 0.15m D at a height of 1.50m, both of them are illuminated double-sided directional ground signs, displaying static copy, located at west frontage perpendicular to Keele St.Sign EG3: Permit is not required for the clearance bar.**KFC/TACO BELL**
