Project Description

HVAC - Change existing gas space heaters with new heat pump system on second and third floor of existing dwelling.Proposal to convert existing triplex back into single family home. Removal of second and third floor kitchen, interior alteration to create 2 bedrooms and enlarged washrooms on the second floor and a master suite on the third floor. Proposed scope includes a new window on second floor family gathering space, which will be protected by fire shutter. Proposed scope of work also include reconfiguring stair from second to third floor to reduce steepness for resident safety.
