Project Description

REV01: Proposed modifications to the extent of the fire rated corridor plenum & clarification of existing fire ratings at the base building core. Interior alterations to the existing 9th and 10th floor levels. Minor exterior alterations to the existing 9th floor level incl. exist. glazing to be replaced with mech. louvers & insulated metal spandrel panels. New pre-fab generator on the lower roof level.Proposal for interior alterations ONLY to the existing office uses on the 9th & 10th floor levels for new tenant: - 'University of Toronto - Faculty of Medicine'. (Post-secondary school with ancillary office & medical research laboratory.)Level 9 - offices (I.T.), dry lab working spaces, meeting rooms, training room (for use by graduate students & professors), mechanical area & service rooms.Level 10 - dry & wet lab working spaces, procedure rooms, few offices & service areas.***No mechanical elements / equipment are proposed on any roof level that would be servicing the renovated floors.***
