As requested by 39 East Liberty GP Inc., as a General Partner for 39 East Liberty Residences LP, Matteo Gilfillan & Associates Inc. (MGA) has prepared this correspondence to summarize the proposed Alternative Solution regarding the hydraulic load contribution of emergency drains proposed in the laundry (washer / dryer) closets of the dwelling units for the residential building to be located at 39 East Liberty Street, in Toronto, Ontario.This correspondence has been prepared with respect to Sentence 7.4.9.3.(1) of the 2012 Ontario Building Code (OBC, O.Reg. 332/12 as amended to O.Reg. 88/19) as well as the Alternative Solution Proposal requirements in Division C, Article 2.1.1.1 of the 2012 Ontario Building Code.
