Revision 01 - REVISION TO PERMIT TO 21 175996 WHICH INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:- Conversion of the building from a proposed duplex, to a proposed single family home.- Rev. of int. room layouts and vertical circulation design. Add of an exit door along the west elevation.- Removal of 1 exterior porch on the southeast corner of the building.- Modifications to the building structure to suit the revised building layout------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Proposal to demolish 1 storey sfd and construct 2 new sfd- semi part 1
