REVISION 02: revision proposal regarding the incoming domestic water pipe revised from a 100ø combined fire and water pipe to new 100ø incoming domestic water service pipe and 150ø incoming fire service pipe to the building main as shown in drawing M100 Site PlanREVISION 01: -Plumbing and drainage riser replacements to be de-scoped and remain as existing up to 4th floor slab -Please review if the building can keep new Flush Valve toilets (purchased and on site) on level 4 by upsizing 19Ø DCW riser to 25Ø on the level 4 take-off to meet the 25Ø minimum DCW pipe size requirement-Building can install 1 Flush Valve toilet on 4th floor to show operation Plumbing - Proposal for interior alterations on all levels in the existing hospital.-Heating boiler plant replacement, including domestic hot water-Emergency generator replacement, including demolition of existing generators-Fire Sprinkler system retrofit to add sprinkler coverage for all above grade levels.-Interior renovations on all levels, including architectural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical-Exterior Landscape renovations
