REVISION 01: -Plumbing and drainage riser replacements to be de-scoped and remain as existing up to 4th floor slab -Please review if the building can keep new Flush Valve toilets (purchased and on site) on level 4 by upsizing 19Ø DCW riser to 25Ø on the level 4 take-off to meet the 25Ø minimum DCW pipe size requirement-Building can install 1 Flush Valve toilet on 4th floor to show operation Plumbing - Proposal for interior alterations on all levels in the existing hospital.-Heating boiler plant replacement, including domestic hot water-Emergency generator replacement, including demolition of existing generators-Fire Sprinkler system retrofit to add sprinkler coverage for all above grade levels.-Interior renovations on all levels, including architectural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical-Exterior Landscape renovations
