Project Description
HVAC - Interior alterationsn to unit CRU 449 for Lena's Floral. Scope of work includes, electrical will be tapped into provided, metered panel to run wiring for electrical outlets and refrigeration system. Plumbing will be tapped into provided drainage, with metered city water lines for single tap/sink install. Installation of concrete flooring, wood panelling to cover pilars, custom shelving, furniture and glass refrigerator. All work to be performed by landlord recommended GC and trades for leased space.
